The Office of Managed Long‑Term Services and Supports Quality Management (MLTSS QM) will lead the State’s NCI-AD effort.  Staff from MLTSS QM is responsible for collecting demographic and background data on the survey populations; organizing the materials necessary for conducting the interviews; and providing quality oversight on the survey process and data collection.

Interviewers:
The NCI-AD Survey will be conducted by the State’s vendors. IPRO (Island Peer Review Organization) is the prime contractor and has subcontracted Knowledge Services to conduct the surveys.
