The Office of Managed Long‑Term Services and Supports Quality Management (MLTSS QM) will lead the State’s 2024-2025 NCI-AD effort.  Staff from MLTSS QM is responsible for collecting demographic and background data on the survey populations; organizing the materials necessary for conducting the interviews; and providing quality oversight on the survey process and data collection.

Interviewers:
The DMAHS, the Medicaid Assistance and Community Care (MACC) office, the MLTSS QM team, and the Department of Aging Services (DoAS) staff will be responsible for conducting the 2024-2025 NCI-AD Survey.
